Training AI models require massive human effort. At least 50% of all resources in an AI development is spent on training and fine-tuning.
The human workers who provide the annotations, feedback, and quality control for the AI training are essential for the development and improvement of the AI products.
Therefore, they deserve a fair share of the revenues generated by the AI products, as they contribute to their value and performance.
Sharing the revenues with the human workers would also incentivize them to continue working on the AI training, which would benefit both the AI producers and consumers.
